We can collate and insert multiple items into your polywrapped packs and can selectively insert materials to enable you to save money by maximising the size of each part of your mailing without need to run them as separate mailing projects.
We can pack into clear polywrap or can organise production of printed polythene. Typical mailings suitable for polywrapping include brochure fulfilment, newsletters, magazines, journals and periodicals.
We offer a eco-friendly degradable polythene as an alternative for polywrapping assignments. This revolutionary material is used by a number of our charity and public sector clients and increasingly by companies wishing to reduce their carbon footprint and enhance their corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes.
Polywrapping has the advantage of enabling the mail to be seen by a number of people en-route to its intended recipient. Because the mail piece can be seen through the polywrap the mail can be redirected by the organisation if the target name is incorrect or responsibilities have changed.

Machine envelope enclosure
We have a Surefeed 12000XL which is capable of machine enclosing up to 10,000 envelopes an hour with up to six inserts. This machine is suitable for sizes from DL through to C4 and is ideal for high volume mailing assignments. Our capacity for machine envelope enclosure is over 500,000 per week.

Hand packing
Many mailing projects are either too small or are too complicated to use mechanised assembly. We have a busy hand packing department with highly experienced staff to handle these projects. This experience comes into play when mailings have to be fully quality assured for a 100% mailing.
We have strong internal quality control systems but have developed specific quality assurance systems for particularly difficult jobs involving matching of multiple documents. Our hand packing capacity is over 100,000 items per week.

Using our in house printing facilities we can produce your address carriers, personalised letters, forms etc on our laser printers with a capacity of up to 50,000 items per day.
We have direct inkjet facilities to print directly onto postcards, magazines and envelopes and can add a postage paid impression in a single pass. Our inkjet coder can print directly onto clear or printed mailing films or directly in the mailpiece. We can also print and affix address labels where this is required by our customers. Our total printing capacity is in excess of 100,000 items per week.
Inkjet personalisation can be as low as £5/1000 items.

As a mailing house we have the facilities and software required to carry out Mailsorting for Royal Mail, TNT and other mailing providers. We can generate the line listings and bag labels required for Mailsort and Presstream services and we can also offer Clean Mail services, all of which will enable you to maximise your savings on postage.
